About these terms

When you complete your Booking, you accept these Terms and any other terms that were provided to you during time of booking.

Prices

Prices may vary due to events and Time of year but will be confirmed at the time of booking

Payment

For Silverstone event bookings we will require a deposit and 50% of the balance upfront 2 weeks before arrival date, it is your responsibility to make sure the payment is made on time. If the balance is not paid on time your room may be rebooked by another customer and no refund will be given.

Amendments / cancellations/ refunds

When you make a Booking, you accept the policies laid out in the Terms of service.

If you think you’re not going to arrive on time, please contact us and tell us when we can expect you, so we don’t cancel your Booking

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a Booking which is due to our own fault we will issue a full refund

Some Bookings can’t be refunded ie: Silverstone events whilst others can only be cancelled for free one month in advance.

Checking in and out

It is your responsibility to arrange an ETA with us

Check out is 10.30am

If you’re late, we will not be held liable for the consequences (e.g. no one home to let you in or the cancellation of your Booking

No Shows

Our policy on No Shows are that you pay for the first nights accommodation as an empty room is a loss to us.

Measures against unacceptable behaviour

As the person making the booking, you are responsible for the actions and behaviour of yourself as well as everyone in the group.

anyone in your group that shows signs of unacceptable behaviour you will all be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

You must respect the cleanliness of your room and facilities i.e. toilet / bathroom and of our property as well as appreciate the peacefulness of our other guests during your visit with us.
